Client Policy

Although we understand that life happens, we please ask that you give at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling with no 24-hour notice may result in a 50% service charge to your credit card on file or a down payment will be required before booking your next appointment.

No show will result in a 100% service charge on the credit card on file. If you are 20 minutes late or more we may have to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding. Everyone’s time is valuable and we want to make sure everyone has a great experience in our stylist’s chair.

By providing your card information for our card on file program, you authorize Creative Beauty Salon to charge your card for services rendered, including but not limited to appointments, products, and No show fees.

Your card information will be stored securely within the salon booking system. We prioritize the protection of your personal and financial data and adhere to strict security protocols.

Product Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. After 7 days of purchase the salon may issue a store credit within a 14 day period. To receive store credit Product must be in original packaging and or gently used to be eligible for store credit.

  • Some items, such as hair brushes or accessories, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Clearance or sale items may also be final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or defective products: If a product is damaged or defective, customer should contact salon immediately for assistance.

Redo Policy

At Creative Beauty Salon, we strive to ensure that every client leaves satisfied with their experience. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with a service provided, we offer a complimentary redo within seven (7) days of the original appointment. Please communicate any concerns you have about the service to your stylist or the salon manager immediately after your appointment. This allows us to address any issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction. Our redo policy covers adjustments and touch-ups related to the original service. It does not extend to significant changes or additional services not originally requested.

We reserve the right to deny redo services if the request falls outside the scope of our redo policy or if the client fails to adhere to salon guidelines.
